It is particularly useful for street food traders or market traders. Our paella pan lids are made in Spain by Garcima, one of Spain’s premier suppliers of Paella equipment and imported into the UK by Paella World. The lids slightly overhang the paella pans and are therefore suitable for paella pans <45cm. The aluminium paella pan lid also includes a plastic, heat resistant handle.
