Refunds Policy
Classes and tickets are non-refundable.
For class fees, if we are able to find a replacement then we will refund the cost of your class fee less £8 cancellation charge for each class cancelled.
If you are able to find your own replacement, please email us at info@knitnation.co.uk with the transferee's name, phone number and email address. No cancellation charge will apply in this case.
